D3.2 ActMAP White Paper and Interfaces to the FeedMAP framework

Abstract
The purpose of this document is to give a brief overview of the incremental map update framework developed in the European Union funded research project ActMAP and its interfaces with the project FeedMAP, which scope is the development of a map deviation detection framework.
