Bridging the European ITS business cooperation with China

The BITS project continues the successful cooperation with China on ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems and Services), this time with focus on ITS implementation projects in the Chinese cities. BITS will organise two ITS events, one in Shanghai, China from 3-5 March 2003 and one in Aalborg, Denmark from 8-9 December 2003. The objective is to link organisations and industries in Europe and China through workshops, seminars and conferences, to assess, and define relevant innovative European ITS solutions and Chinese projects.

July 2002 through November 2003, funded through the EC Asia Information Technology and Communication Programme (Asia IT&C)
