ERTICO Partner Pluservice presents: Infomobility, fare collection and e-ticketing Co-modality, interoperability and multichannel services

In its long experience in ITS for passenger transport, Pluservice has designed and implemented one of the most complete and integrated systems to give information and sell tickets and mobility services (both to professional operators and to single travellers). Information to reach any destination via public transport is given through an interactive map. The service is available today for the road mode in Italy, but it integrates European destinations provided by the Eurolines consortium and is based on a multimodal database model. Agreements are under negotiation with maritime operators to integrate ferries and speedboats on the main Italian tourist routes. Integration with booking and payment areas directly connected to the systems of every operator. Future expansion is in progress to integrate even more operators, rules and services.
