Partner News: Satellic at the ITS World Congress

Satellic presented its Telematics Platform at this year's ITS World Congress. The solution comprises of a smartphone which runs Satellic's applications for sustainable and integrated traffic management. To demonstrate the solution Satellic used their demo vehicle driving around the City of Stockholm running the road charging and emission modelling application.

The introduction of the new Telematics-Platform was well accepted by the ITS Congress visitors. They appreciated the open architecture and Satellic's approach of using off-the-shelf software. This methodology enables ease of integration with existing systems. Furthermore, the congestion charging and emission modelling application as part of Satellic's platform helps realise the goal of safer, cleaner cities. Satellic also presented the Integrated Telematic Platform on the ERTICO stand and offered the live demo to all ERTICO Partners.
