9-13 October ITS World Congress looks at ITS for a Better Life.
 
This year’s ITS World Congress is less than a month away. Taking place in China at the Beijing Exhibition Centre from 9-13 October 2007, the 14th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems will support the theme, “ITS for a Better Life”.

Based on the success of past congresses, this year’s event will bring together representatives from governments and related organizations as well as industry experts from countries all around the world. The congress will provide a platform to exchange ideas on ITS and discuss strategies and initiatives. There will also be a review and showcase of the ITS industry’s latest products and technological achievements.

Co-hosted by the Ministries of Science and Technology, Communications, Public Security, Construction and the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, the 14th World Congress on ITS is expected to bring transportation mobility, safety and sustainability into a new light.
