ERTICO News: Vital ERTICO additions

Two staff members give ERTICO a broader range of expertise.

Mr András Ujj joins the ERTICO – ITS Europe team this month seconded by Ygomi Europe. Mr Ujj, from Hungary, has a degree in English and applied linguistics from the University of Debrecen.  He has been working for Ygomi Europe as project coordinator since 2005, and has been participating in ITS related activities in Hungary and abroad, representing the company in telecommunications standards bodies. Mr Ujj speaks Hungarian, English, Italian and German and will be assisting with the HeavyRoute project.

Ms Valerie Woodward has been working with ERTICO since January 2007. After living an international childhood in the USA, Canada, South Africa, Kenya, Egypt, Australia and Switzerland, Ms Woodward has been settled in Belgium since 1969 – where she enjoys the company of her three children and four grandchildren. She has worked in many different fields including; events organisation, photography, teaching, translation, real estate and administration. She is fluent in English and French and has done varied work at ERTICO since she joined last January. She will now be assisting with the SIMBA and eSafety projects.
