General News: Demonstrate your intelligent vehicle technology at IEEE IV2008

4-6 June 2008, IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium takes place in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
The 2008 IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium (IV’08) is an annual forum sponsored by the IEEE Intelligent Transport Systems Society and will take place this year in Eindhoven, the Netherlands from 4-6 June 2008.
The Intelligent Vehicles Conference gathers researchers from industry, universities and public authorities to discuss research and applications for intelligent vehicles, including the communication between vehicles and between vehicles & infrastructure. To date, over 290 papers have been submitted from all over the world.
IV2008 offers splendid facilities for demonstrating the latest in intelligent vehicle technologies.
Demonstrate your latest technology in a live urban environment The 6 June demonstration day will be the spectacular live event of the programme. There are three sites for exterior demonstrations with free access for all conference participants throughout the day. The main site is the Kennedylaan, the avenue right next to the conference site, which is made available for demonstrations by the city of Eindhoven. A parking space with tent will be provided to demonstrators. Presentations in the conference may also be booked to complement one’s demonstration.
