General News: TTS Italia elects the new President and Board of Directors

Dr. Gabbuti has been the CEO of ATAC S.p.A, the Mobility Agency of Rome, since March 2005.  He holds a Law Degree and a Masters in MDA.  Before taking on his role at ATAC, Dr. Gabbuti was the General Director of Aquadotto Pugliese S.p.A, from June 2002 to March 2005, and from 1997 to 2002 he was Director General of the Italian Institute of Foreign Trade.  He was also the President of Breda Menarinibus S.p.A. (which is part of the Finmeccanica Group) from 1996 to 1997.

The General Assembly also elected a new Board of Directors of TTS Italia for the years 2008-2011. Antonella di Fazio from Telespazio and Fabio Pressi from Autostrade per l’Italia have been appointed vice-presidents. The Assembly also approved the nomination of Paola Carrea from Magneti Marelli and Roberto Balduini from Octo Telematics as new members of the Board.
