Informing and Guiding Policy

We have entered into a new phase for the development and deployment and ITS systems and services in the context of intensified financial support by the EU within the context of the 7th Framework Programme and strong political support with the ITS Action Plan & Directive, the Intelligent Car Initiative and the Green Car Initiative.

You will find below a non-exhaustive list of various European policy frameworks and initiatives that will contribute to the deployment of existing and future ITS Systems and Services in Europe.
