Successful first Suppliers Workshop

This introduction workshop took place on the 20th December 2005, at ERTICO's in Brussels, and gave the opportunity to the interested companies to present themselves and to receive from the RCI Consortium a status update on the project.

 

 

 

 

An important agreement was made between project partners and suppliers on the objective to converge on and establish consensus on an appropriate architecture and interface identification for interoperability that is in support to the EETS.

They also agreed on what specification should be implemented by the RCI project: interfaces that could

•  
  • make existing systems more open
  • contribute to the convergence of future tolling systems and the evolution of existing ones
  • be public and free of IPR
