WP 10: Analysis of implementation aspects of EN15509

EN15509 is being referenced as CEN standard that provides a basis for industry to manufacture interoperable solutions for DSRC-enabled roadcharging systems.

The EN 15509 is a relatively new standard. Confusion often goes hand in-hand with lack of understanding and profound knowledge and it is expected that a short analysis carried out by experts that represent the various perspectives on the DSRC-interoperability issue could help advancing interoperable solutions throughout Europe.

The RCI SIG has been mandated by the RCI Steering Committee to
analyse implementation aspects of EN15509 and EG11 and this report
presents the outcome.
