The 53rd annual Mobil’in Pulse Congress, organised by ITS France and previously known as the ATEC France Congress, will take place on 20–21 January 2026 at the Beffroi de Montrouge, Paris.
As one of France’s flagship mobility events, Mobil’in Pulse continues to play a central role in bringing together the national and international Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) ecosystem. Under the theme “New impetus for the territories”, the event will explore how mobility innovation can support regional development, resilience, and sustainable growth. Mobil’in Pulse offers a distinctive platform in France for dialogue and collaboration among public authorities, industry, service providers, researchers, and technology innovators, facilitating practical exchanges on current challenges and future opportunities.
Over two days, participants will benefit from an extensive programme featuring nearly 60 exhibitors and more than 30 presentations across a wide range of thematic sessions. Highlights include an international roundtable focused on Africa, the hosting of the National Meetings of the MaaS Observatory (Cerema), and, new for 2026, three dedicated roundtables examining the links between mobility and energy, mobility and land-use planning, and broader territorial challenges.
A Long-Standing Collaboration with ITS France
The 2026 edition also underlines the close and long-standing cooperation between ERTICO – ITS Europe and ITS France, reinforcing strong links between the European and national ITS communities. As part of this collaboration, ERTICO CEO Joost Vantomme will deliver a keynote address on the latest developments and perspectives in smart mobility across Europe, introduced by Fabrice Luriot. The keynote will provide a strategic European outlook, connecting policy, innovation and deployment trends with the territorial ambitions at the heart of Mobil’in Pulse.
