On 31st October, ERTICO organised the third STREnGth_M Multiplier Group meeting online. STREnGth_M (Stimulating road Transport Research in Europe and around the Globe for sustainable Mobility) is a Coordination and Support Action (CSA) supporting ERTRAC and also closely linked to 2Zero and the CCAM Partnership. It comprises 23 partners, coordinated by AVL.
As part of STREnGth_M’s dissemination activity, ERTICO has established a Multiplier Group of external experts, as an inner core group of experts in different areas of road transport research, who are able to give feedback on specific project outputs and to widen the reach of the consortium. This group currently comprises 41 representatives from different sectors such as research providers, industry and business, European associations and EU institutions.
The latest Multiplier Group learnt about and gave feedback on outputs regarding national and regional level road transport research programmes in Europe and how they align with European ones, on global progress and exchange regarding electro-mobility (the ZEMO Latin America Observatory and a global tracker dashboard of worldwide EV uptake trends), as well as an overview of sister project LeMesurier, measuring the 2ZERO Key Performance Indicators.
The STREnGth_M Final Event will take place on 29 January 2026, as a hybrid conference (in Brussels for Multiplier Group members, with an online connection open to all). More details and the opening of registration will be available in early December.
STREnGth_M will also be present at the Road Transport Research (RTR) Conference in February 2026.
