Nikos holds an MSc in Management of Business Innovation & Technology from the University of York and a BSc (Hons) in Business Management (Marketing) from Plymouth University. He has also acquired several professional certifications, including the Communication and Dissemination Capacity Building by the European Commission, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in communication and innovation management.
Before joining ERTICO in October 2025, Nikos worked as a Project Manager and Communication Specialist on various EU-funded Research & Innovation projects at Netcompany, where he combined strong project management skills with strategic communication expertise. During this time, he worked on project coordination, led digital communication strategies, and coordinated high-impact dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities.
He has been actively involved in several domains, and specifically in transport, mobility, traffic management and intelligent transportation systems, as well as in connected and automated mobility and smart mobility.
Nikos is Greek and fluent in English, with intermediate knowledge of Italian and working knowledge of Spanish.
