SCUDO (Safe and Comprehensive Urban Development and Transport Management for Disruption-Resilient Operations) is a three-year project, funded by the European Union's Horizon Europe, that aims to develop innovative solutions to improve the resilience, safety, and energy efficiency of transport systems.
SCUDO is coordinated by ERTICO, and brings together 13 partners to create innovative methods and digital tools to improve the resilience, safety, and energy efficiency of transport systems, with a focus on classifying disruptive scenarios, evaluating their socio-economic effects, and advancing AI-based real-time monitoring and forecasting.
To better understand the challenges and perceptions around transport disruptions (e.g., unusually long wait times at bus stops, station shutdowns, etc.) in Athens, Venice, Bavaria and Amsterdam, the SCUDO team developed an anonymous survey and is now looking for participants. The results of the survey will help guide the development of future solutions for more sustainable and resilient transport networks. Furthermore, participants in the survey have the chance to become one of the weekly winners of a €50 prize (one winner for each of the four cities)!
In order to participate, all you have to do is:
- Be eligible (at least 18 years old and currently live or have lived in the past year in Athens, Amsterdam, Bavaria or Venice for more than a month)
- Answer all survey questions (you can only do it once).
- Create your unique code at the end of the survey.
- Save your code by taking a screenshot, using the print screen function, or downloading the PDF with your responses.
- Stay tuned to SCUDO social media channels and website, where the project will announce the weekly winners.
- To claim your prize, send an email to general@scudo-project.eu within 30 days of the final winner announcement.
The survey is accessible in several languages:
SCUDO’s key innovation lies in a Pan-European Digital Platform that integrates data and digital tools to evaluate the impacts of disruptions across regions and user groups, supporting decision-makers in developing resilient, inclusive, and future-ready transport systems. SCUDO is funded by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA).
