Virginie is a Belgian national with around 10 years of experience in HR Management and coaching.
She started her career in HR consulting firms (Hudson & Willis Towers Watson), working on talent management, rewards, performance management, organisational design and learning & development. In recent years, she has worked as an HR Manager & Consultant for companies in and around the EU bubble, including Acumen Public Affairs and Harwood Levitt Consulting. She is also trained as a coach and is passionate about helping people find more fulfilment in their work.
Fluent in English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish, Virginie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences from the Free University of Brussels and the Universitat de Barcelona and a Master's Degree in European Studies from the Free University of Brussels, during which she had the opportunity to do an internship at the European Association for Business and Commerce in Bangkok. She also holds an Executive Master's Degree in Business Coaching from the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve.
