The ITS Polska Association will host the ITS Poland Congress, 18-19 May 2026, at the Mercure Warszawa Centrum in Warsaw under the theme: “From data to decisions – the next generation of mobility.”
For more than 17 years, the ITS Polska Association has organised Poland’s leading forum for Intelligent Transport Systems, bringing together public authorities, industry leaders, researchers, and mobility innovators to exchange knowledge, showcase solutions, and strengthen collaboration across the ITS ecosystem.
The 2026 edition will explore key topics shaping the future of smart mobility, including artificial intelligence and big data, traffic management, multimodal transport systems, sustainable urban mobility, autonomous vehicles, cybersecurity, smart logistics and policy frameworks for future mobility systems.
The Congress will also highlight innovative Smart City developments and showcase projects emerging from the SmartCity Lab initiative.

ERTICO CEO, Joost Vantomme, is honoured to have been invited to deliver a video message, emphasising the strategic importance of this event for the European ITS community. His intervention will highlight the current trends of ITS across the European mobility ecosystem while underscoring the value of strong collaboration among ITS POLSKA, ERTICO, and the broader Network of ITS Nationals Association in accelerating innovation, deployment, and cross-sector cooperation.
